Family Travel with STATE: Part 02

My son and niece, Sullivan and Vivian, are two of the brightest and most vibrant children in my life. On Sullivan’s fourth birthday, I wrote, “To win the lottery is to have a front row seat to the life of Sullivan James O’Leary.” He lights up my day, every day. Vivian, too, lights up my day any time I see her. It was such a joy to capture Sullivan and Vivian (and Ellis!) together, with their chosen STATE bags, in Los Cabos, Mexico. (See Part 01 here.)

Once we arrived in Cabo, Sullivan and Vivian carried their backpacks to and from the pool, kid’s club, and on-site restaurants each day. My sister, Sarah, and I also carried our Wellington Cabana Totes, full of towels, sunscreen, water bottles, and snacks. Travel items, bags in particular, are either a part of our flow or disruptive to our flow. Our STATE bags were a part of our flow; they were easy to organize, carry, and wipe down at the end of each day.
