Pear Inc. by Juliette Has A Gun

Last December, Tiana Gidley, Chef Kathryn York, and I hosted the Wiley Dinner Series in Nashville, Tennessee, a highlight of my year and career. It was full of meaningful conversation, delicious ingredients and dishes, and items each guest could enjoy well after our dinners ended. One of these items was Pear Inc., a perfume by Juliette Has A Gun and Europerfumes. To begin our dinner, we each enjoyed Butternut Squash and Spiced Pear Soup with Lemon Basil Crema, and we each left with this perfume, composed of pear, musk, and Ambroxan—a fruity, warm scent I have worn daily since our dinner. It has been a joy to both wear and photograph this delicious scent in recent weeks.
